This piece was created in response to the musical movement "The Old Castle" by Mussogorsky and the painting was part of a collaboration with the Panama City Symphony Orchestra's performance of "Pictures at an Exhibition". This painting won both First Prize and the People's Choice awards in a juried exhibition and with patron's votes at the symphony performance.
